This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of our training programmes, maintaining high standards, and driving continuous improvement across the region.About the Role As Training Delivery Manager, you will oversee a team of Lead Trainers, Trainers, Trainees, and Apprentices. You''ll play a pivotal role in shaping team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.You will:Lead, manage, and support a team, including recruitment, development, performance management, and handling day-to-day issuesEmbed a strong performance culture, ensuring regular 1-1s, performance reviews (PDRs), and team meetings are conducted and documentedCoordinate and deliver high-quality training courses by managing resources, venues, logistics, transport, and accommodationEnsure all training meets organisational standards, statutory requirements, and health and safety regulationsAct as the key local contact for training delivery, resolving issues and liaising with customers and internal stakeholdersDrive business performance by meeting budgets, targets, and contributing to business planningProduce regular performance reports and identify ..... full job details .....
