My client is looking for a dynamic and driven Training Delivery Manager to lead and develop a team of Trainers. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of our training programmes, maintaining high standards, and driving continuous improvement across the region.
About the Role
As Training Delivery Manager, you will oversee a team of Lead Trainers, Trainers, Trainees, and Apprentices. You''ll play a pivotal role in shaping team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You will:
- Lead, manage, and support a team, including recruitment, development, performance management, and handling day-to-day issues
- Embed a strong performance culture, ensuring regular 1-1s, performance reviews (PDRs), and team meetings are conducted and documented
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality training courses by managing resources, venues, logistics, transport, and accommodation
- Ensure all training meets organisational standards, statutory requirements, and health & safety regulations
- Act as the key local contact for training delivery, resolving issues and liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
- Drive business performance by meeting budgets, targets, and contributing to business planning
- Produce regular performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work collaboratively with management to enhance course quality, customer confidence, and operational efficiency
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, including managing feedback, complaints, and overall delegate experience
- Promote and uphold the values, mission, and vision of St John Ambulance
