Training Manager

OA are recruiting for a Training Manager to join our client s growing team.Our client is a leading provider of professional skincare technology, treatment systems and skincare products to salons, spas and aesthetic clinics.We are looking for an experienced and passionate Training Manager to lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of the professional training function. You will ensure customers and therapists receive consistently high standards of technical and practical training, overseeing the training calendar, course delivery and development of training materials.The successful candidate will combine strong leadership and organisational skills with credible experience in beauty therapy, aesthetics, skincare, professional education or a related technical environment.Location: Elstree, Borehamwood Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. Office based.
