Progression and Training Manager

Providence Row is recruiting a Progression and Training Manager to lead our service supporting people experiencing homelessness and significant barriers to work to progress towards employment, training, learning and volunteering. Founded in 1860, Providence Row is an established homelessness charity supporting people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping in London. We are looking for an experienced employability manager with strong people-management skills who can lead and develop a small team delivering high-quality progression support. You will oversee service delivery, staff performance and caseloads, ensuring clients receive effective, strengths-based support and that the service achieves its agreed outcomes. You will use performance data to identify areas for improvement, develop the practice of your team and maintain high standards of delivery. The service also delivers a range of training and development opportunities, including vocational, digital and personal-development activity. You will oversee and develop this programme, ensuring it provides meaningful opportunities for clients to build skills, confidence and experience and forms part of a coherent pathway towards greater independence and employment.
