Ref 11113 Training Co-ordinator Mansfield, Nottinghamshire £30,800 plus amazing benefits including a monthly production bonus after a completing a successful probationary period. Monday to Thursday position, with working hours from 11:00am to 9:30pm. Applicants must be able to commit to these hours on a permanent basis to be considered for the role. The job purpose for the Training Co-ordinator The Training Co-ordinator will learn assembly processes during the day shift and delivering effective, hands-on training to operators on the twilight shift. The role ensures that all operators are trained to meet required standards in quality, safety, and efficiency, helping maintain consistent production performance across shifts.
