Trainee Site Manager

Our client is looking for a trainee site manager to join their construction team in early spring. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of busy residential building sites. Monitor subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to required standards. Assist with quality checks, site inspections, and health and safety compliance. Help coordinate materials, logistics, and site documentation. Learn and apply construction processes, building regulations, and company procedures. Contribute to delivering high-quality homes and excellent customer satisfaction. Must haves: Previous on site experience would be preferred. Full UK driving licence Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team. Strong communication and organnisation skills.
