About the role The Assistant Site Manager will support the site management team in delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects to the highest standards. Responsibilities include: Assisting with the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works progress according to programme. Supporting the coordination of subcontractors, materials and site logistics. Helping to monitor workmanship, quality standards and compliance with project specifications. Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed, conducting daily checks and reporting issues promptly. Maintaining site documentation, including permits, reports and progress records. Liaising with site managers, project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to help resolve any on-site issues. Contributing to client updates, progress meetings and handover processes where required.
