Job Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you ll be part of a team responsible for sourcing and screening top talent across a range of vacancies. You''ll be making a high volume of phone calls, qualifying at least 15 candidates per day, and matching them to the right roles. You ll also be using leading candidate sourcing tools, attending local job fairs, preparing CV''s and preparing a shortlist of candidates for roles across the UK.
