You''ll take ownership of a specialist US market, partnering with leading clients across the built environment. This is an opportunity to build long-term relationships, develop your own desk, and maximise your earning potential with a highly competitive commission structure.

With access to an extensive recruitment tech stack, you''ll have the tools needed to source exceptional talent, streamline your delivery, and stay ahead of the competition.

• Managing and developing relationships with US-based clients.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-calibre professionals within the built environment sector.
• Growing your own specialist market through business development and account management.
• Delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
• Using our market-leading technology and sourcing tools to maximise productivity and results.

• Previous recruitment experience within construction or the built environment.
• A proven track record of delivering results and building strong client relationships.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent communication skills.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to build a successful long-term career.

• -40,000 basic salary
• Generous uncapped commission with excellent earning potential.
• Hybrid working, including work from home every Friday.
• Working hours aligned to the US market:
  • Monday-Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Friday: Flexible hybrid/home working.
