Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We have a unique opportunity for a trainee recruitment consultant to join our established team in our Plymouth office where we have been providing workers to the construction industry in Devon and Cornwall for over 20 years. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and be willing to learn. No specific previous recruitment experience is required; As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive full training and ongoing support to develop the skills needed to manage the recruitment process within the construction industry. Key responsibilities will include: Learning how to manage and develop client relationships Supporting senior consultants with live vacancies and client requirements Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates Making outbound calls to candidates to check availability and suitability Learning how to take job briefs and match candidates to roles Managing candidate availability and bookings for temporary assignments Carrying out candidate registrations, including compliance, references and qualification checks Maintaining accurate records on the internal database Providing a high level of ..... full job details .....
