We are now looking for someone with a strong aptitude for sales to join our business in Plymouth. Experience in the recruitment industry is beneficial but essentially we are looking for an individual with drive, determination and ambition. ITS Plymouth has built a strong relationship with Construction Clients in the South West for over 20 years and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and continue the strong foothold we have in this region. The Role: Key responsibilities will include: Managing and developing existing client relationships Generating new business through outbound sales calls, networking and referrals Taking detailed job briefs and matching suitable candidates to live vacancies Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates Managing candidate availability and bookings for temporary assignments Carrying out full candidate registrations, including compliance, references and qualification checks Negotiating pay rates and fees with clients and candidates ..... full job details .....
