Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to learn and develop their skills in lift engineering. No prior experience is necessary, but an eagerness to learn and a passion for engineering are essential.

Secondary education completion is required.

A keen interest in technology and engineering.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Willingness to engage in hands-on training and professional development.

What will your future role be?

Assist senior lift engineers in maintenance and repair tasks.

Participate in training sessions to gain industry knowledge and technical skills.

Conduct inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of lifts.

Document maintenance activities and report issues to the team.

Collaborate with the team to provide optimal customer service and solutions.

Recruitment process

Initial phone interview with Summer - 30 minutes

Technical assessment focusing on problem-solving skills.

Face-to-face interview with the engineering team - 1 hour
