Trailer Freight Export Coordinator

They are now looking to recruit a Road Freight Exports Coordinator at their branch in Wythenshawe.You will manage key customer accounts and export operations, delivering excellent service, compliance, and operational efficiency.Responsibilities will include: Proactively support all aspects of the Export Team by handling all aspecKey Accounts and the day to day requirements for clients Understand and comply with Standard Operating Procedures set out in line with customer requirements Customs Procedures - Assist the team in ensuring correct customs procedures are being used and followed Liaise with agents / suppliers as necessary Manage Road freight operations from start to finish Adopt good Commercial awareness Timely and accurate invoicing and administrative tasks Clear, effective communicationIn order to apply for this role: You will have a Trailer Freight exports background and be looking for an opportunity with a forward-thinking freight forwarder Experience in documentation and procedures, transport procedures, shipping schedules, freight tariffs and rates, ability to raise and complete documentation Knowledge of customs import declaration procedures Knowledge of customs regimes and legislation Skills - tenacious, well organised, friendly, detail oriented, ..... full job details .....
