Global Trade Marketing Manager£50k - £55k + Bonus and benefitsNorth London (Hybrid, x2 Days PW on site)Our client is a global premium beauty brand. Due to continued growth and success, the opportunity to recruit a Global Trade Marketing Manager has arisen to drive the execution of their trade marketing strategy across the UK and international markets. The successful candidate will have strong cross-functional project management skills, as well as experience in coordinating training initiatives and executing impactful trade events.ResponsibilitiesTrade Marketing Strategy and execution, acting as the primary liaison between the brand’s marketing and UK retail channels, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.Develop and execute compelling trade marketing presentations and support materials forretailer meetings.Lead the creation and distribution of in-store signage, claims messaging, point-of-sale assets,and retail toolkits.Manage and align promotional calendars across all channels (Retail, Marketplace, DTC).Provide portfolio recommendations tailored to international markets, working closely withSales and Brand teams.Design and implement training programs and educational materials for in-store sales teamsacross all key retail partners.Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring retail staff understandproduct benefits, brand story, and sales messaging.Plan and coordinate the brand’s presence at key trade events, expos, and retailerconferences.Skills and Experience RequiredTrade Marketing Planning and ExecutionTrade Event Planning and ManagementStrong Interpersonal and Presentation SkillsProject and Timeline ManagementCross-Functional Stakeholder CollaborationAdaptability Across UK and International MarketsAnalytical Thinking and Commercial AwarenessSeniority level
