Trade Floor Support Engineer

A leading financial institution, based in Canary Wharf are looking to hire a Trade Floor Support Engineer (1st and 2nd line),-working as part of the London IT Team.- They need an Engineer with experience of basic networking, Desktop and Laptop Hardware Support, Windows 10, MS Office 2007/2010, Android & I 0/S and Printer/Fax Support.- The Support Engineer will be required to deal with problems face-to-face with the user, software applications, trading floor and user interface.- -You must have previous experience of working in a high-pressured environment.- Experience of Bloomberg would be beneficial but not essential.

A normal day at the office for the-Support Engineer consists of attending to users'' technical issues, installing new pcs/printers, configuring mobile devices, inventory maintenance, etc.

Ideally they are looking for someone that is able to start immediately.- This will be office based, Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend work.
