Tooling Supervisor Wanted! Location: Bristol Full Time Salary: £33K-£40K+ (DOE) On Site Due to continued growth, We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tooling Supervisor to join a well-established aerospace company based in Bristol.This role is ideal for someone with strong Tooling experience who has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Tooling engineers, ensuring production standards are met. Roles and Responsibilities As a Tooling Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Supervising a team of Tooling Engineers on the shop floorSupporting daily production activities and workflowHands-on involvement with manual machining (lathes, etc.)Carrying out tooling inspection and ensuring quality standards are metWorking to tight tolerances in line with aerospace requirementsSupporting tooling manufacture and reconditioning processesDriving high standards of safety, quality, and performance Requirements Previous experience in a Tooling Supervisor / Team Leader / Senior Tooling roleStrong background in manual machining (lathes essential)Experience working within aerospace or precision engineering environmentsAbility to work to tight tolerances and high-quality standardsHands-on, proactive approach with strong shop floor presenceExperience inspecting tooling / componentsConfident leading and supporting a team What s on Offer Salary up to £40,000 depending on experienceStable, established business within the aerospace sectorVaried ..... full job details .....
