Location: Bristol | Full Time
Salary: £33K-£40K+ (DOE) | On Site

Due to continued growth, We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tooling Supervisor to join a well-established aerospace company based in Bristol.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Tooling experience who has a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for supervising a team of Tooling engineers, ensuring production standards are met.   

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Tooling Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising a team of Tooling Engineers on the shop floor
• Supporting daily production activities and workflow
• Hands-on involvement with manual machining (lathes, etc.)
• Carrying out tooling inspection and ensuring quality standards are met
• Working to tight tolerances in line with aerospace requirements
• Supporting tooling manufacture and reconditioning processes
• Driving high standards of safety, quality, and performance

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Tooling Supervisor / Team Leader / Senior Tooling role
• Strong background in manual machining (lathes essential)
• Experience working within aerospace or precision engineering environments
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and high-quality standards
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong shop floor presence
• Experience inspecting tooling / components
• Confident leading and supporting a team
