Toddler/Kindergarten Room LeaderTonbridge, Kent Full-time Long-term, with the potential to become permanentWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Toddler/Kindergarten Room Leader to lead a room for children aged 2-3 years in the Tonbridge area.The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the room, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where toddlers can explore, learn and develop through play.Key responsibilities include:Leading and supporting a team of Early Years Practitioners.Planning fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.Supporting children''s communication, physical development, independence and social skills.Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting children''s emotional wellbeing.Building strong relationships with parents and carers.Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed.Maintaining accurate observations and developmental records.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Has experience working within an early years or nursery setting.Has strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.Understands the developmental needs of children aged 2-3 years.Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding.Is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about early years education.Is able to work full-time and is looking for a long-term opportunity.What''s on Offer?A rewarding opportunity to lead a toddler room, make a real difference to children''s ..... full job details .....
