Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Leader to lead a pre-school room for children aged 3-4 years in the Tonbridge area.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the room, creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting a team of Early Years Practitioners.
• Planning fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Supporting children''s development and school readiness.
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers.
• Ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintaining accurate observations and assessments.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in an early years or pre-school setting.
• Has strong leadership and communication skills.
• Is passionate about children''s learning and development.
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• Is reliable, organised and able to work full-time.
• Is looking for a long-term opportunity.
