This UK manufacturer, established in 1992 design and produce advanced intercom systems for large residential and commercial buildings. Since their establishment they have expanded across multiple UK offices, now with over 200 employees.

With a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, they pride themselves on creating products that blend durability, functionality, and style. Their in-house design and production teams work closely together to ensure every product meets exacting standards, while ongoing investment in technology and training keeps them at the forefront of their industry.

Key responsibilities include carrying out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and marine-grade steel components, working from technical drawings to produce bespoke and standard parts, and making sure all products meet precise specifications and quality standards.

This role would suit a skilled TIG welder seeking to grow their expertise, while benefiting from a generous bonus scheme, overtime to increase earnings and a 4pm finish.

The Role:

• TIG weld stainless steel and marine-grade steel components to precise specifications.
• Monday-Friday (8am - 4pm.
• Overtime available (1.5x)

The Person:

• TIG Welder or similar.
• Commutable to Hemel Hempstead.
