TIG Welder South Wales Full-Time Days and Shifts available We''re recruiting on behalf of our client for a number of experienced Welders to join their skilled team for on-going temporary projects. This role involves welding aluminium and other metals to specification, ensuring high standards of safety, accuracy, and quality are met at all times.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret technical drawings to carry out welding tasks to specPerform MIG/TIG welding on aluminium and metal componentsInspect welded joints and surfaces to identify defects or faultsSet up welding equipment and monitor temperatures during operationEnsure all work meets legal, safety, and company quality standardsOperate machinery and tools in line with safety proceduresMaintain a clean, safe, and organised work environmentFollow all HandS and PPE protocols, including COSHH and manual handling guidanceAbout You:Previous experience in a welding role is essentialConfident in MIG/TIG welding techniques and using manual toolsAble to interpret technical drawings and welding specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityA team player with a good work ethic and willingness to support othersGood communication and basic IT skillsWelding certification (AWS or equivalent) is desirableFull UK driving licence preferredThis is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company known for quality and innovation in aluminium production.
