Test Technician - High Voltage Power SuppliesLocation: PulbroughWe''re working with a leading manufacturer of high-voltage power supplies, looking for a hands-on Test Technician to support production by testing and troubleshooting products in a lean manufacturing environment. This is a key role on the manufacturing floor, ensuring products meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Test high-voltage power supplies using automated test fixtures.Perform basic mechanical assembly, component installation, and hands-on production support.Complete test reports and ensure compliance with quality and customer standards.Upgrade, modify, and rework assemblies and finished products.Read and implement engineering documentation and design changes.Raise non-conformances and collaborate to resolve quality and performance issues.Liaise with Engineering, Sales, and Test Equipment teams to support product quality.Support ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) systems and initiatives.Skills and Experience:Strong experience testing electronic products to procedure, including high-voltage systems.Proficient in using oscilloscopes, function generators, digital power supplies, and multimeters.Soldering/rework experience to IPC standards.Background in lean manufacturing is advantageous.ACS are recruiting for a Test Technician.
