Hunters’ client, a market-leading test and calibration laboratory, is seeking a Calorimetric Test Technician to join their expert team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class facility delivering accredited, customer-focused testing and calibration services.
  
Calorimetric Test Technician The Role
As a Calorimetric Test Technician, you’ll:

• Carry out heat exchanger performance testing across multiple disciplines.
• Set up and adapt rigs, piping systems, and test equipment.
• Process and validate test results to a high standard.
• Support UKAS audits, internal investigations, and competency assessments.
• Communicate with customers at a technical level.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.

• Experience with calorimetric testing or similar technical/engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of automotive components and heat exchangers.
• Hands-on with tools, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Detail-focused, reliable, and collaborative.
• Flexible to support peak demand periods.
