We are looking for a Territory Development Manager (TDM) to own and develop key areas in Greater London, introducing this brand to tastemaker outlets and independent businesses.This is a field-based sales and brand development role focusing on business growth across independent cafés, bakeries, grocers, hotels, and more.Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development through prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.Own your territory (London) and expand brand presence across key locations.Build relationships with independent operators such as cafés, coffee shops, delis, and hotels.Represent the brand at local and regional trade shows and events.Deploy POS, brand activations, and displays to enhance visibility.Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to execute growth strategies.Provide weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, sales performance, and retention rates.
