They have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in eye health, and believe they are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of eye health in the future.The Territory Business Manager (TBM) is a key commercial role within the UK Pharmaceutical Division, responsible for driving sales growth, maximising account potential, and delivering exceptional customer engagement across a defined geographic territory.This highly autonomous role focuses on strategic account management, effective selling, and high-impact presentations to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key decision-makers.Main responsibilities include:Develop and implement territory business plansEstablish extensive knowledge of product, market and NHS systemsExecute compelling, customer-focused sales calls that address clinical and commercial needsDeliver impactful product presentations to individuals and groups, both in-person and virtuallyUtilise advanced negotiation techniques to secure formulary inclusions and prescribing commitmentsBudget administration to manage expenditure, ensuring adequate resource and asset prioritisationMaintain and develop positive and appropriate customer relationshipsIdentify growth opportunities within the assigned portfolio and implement decisivelyThe TBM will demonstrate a growth mindset and agility to adapt to evolving market dynamics and will operate with the highest ethical standards.Candidate experience required:ABPI qualifiedKnowledge of NHS structures, pathways, and funding processesDemonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targetsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market dataGrowth mindset with adaptability to changing market conditionsExcellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skillsTruly first class basic, bonus and benefits package available.For further information about this role, please apply online or contact CHASE on 0131 553 6644.Reference number: ..... full job details .....
