With a strong focus on supporting customers to maintain successful tenancies and achieve positive outcomes, this organisation is committed to delivering person-centred services that make a genuine difference within local communities.Your new roleAs a Tenancy Sustainment Officer, you will work directly with customers who require additional support to sustain their tenancy and live independently. Managing a varied caseload, you will provide early intervention and tailored support to residents facing challenges including financial hardship, mental health concerns, social isolation, domestic abuse, anti-social behaviour and tenancy-related issues.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting customers at risk of tenancy breakdown, eviction or homelessness.Carrying out home visits, needs assessments and welfare checks.Developing and reviewing support plans to help residents achieve sustainable outcomes.Working closely with Housing Officers, local authorities and external support agencies.Assisting customers with access to welfare benefits, debt advice, health services, employment support and community resources.Identifying and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns.Supporting new tenants to successfully settle into their homes and ..... full job details .....
