The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in St Helens. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households. We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.Purpose of the role To provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently. To identify, report and investigate tenancy breaches, working closely with internal colleagues and external agencies to ensure tenancy sustainment and where required implementing tenancy enforcement action in accordance with policy, procedure and housing regulations.
