As a Tenancy Support Officer, you will work closely with tenants, colleagues, and partner agencies to develop and deliver tailored support plans that help individuals overcome barriers to successful independent living. About the Role You will provide intensive tenancy support to residents living in social housing who require additional assistance to maintain their tenancy. Working as part of a multi-agency network, you will coordinate support, advocate for tenants, and ensure they can access the services and resources they need. The role combines office-based work with regular visits to tenants in their homes and the wider community.
