Job Responsibilities:

• Provide light-touch support to service users, including assistance with booking GP appointments and benefit claims.
• Promote independent living skills among tenants.
• Manage your own diary and schedule to complete required hours between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
• Be available for emergency call-outs as needed.
• Drive to various locations within Birmingham (B18, B66, B5).
• -13 per hour
• Mileage reimbursed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a support worker role or similar position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Empathy and understanding towards vulnerable individuals.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Basic knowledge of benefit systems and health care services.
• Resilience and adaptability in a busy environment.
