Description

  • Manage and resolve cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB) in line with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and support to tenants experiencing ASB, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all ASB cases and prepare reports as required.
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support case resolutions.
  • Deliver preventative measures and initiatives to reduce the occurrence of ASB.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations within the property sector.
  • Assist in fostering a safe and harmonious living environment for all tenants.

Profile

A successful Tenancy Specialist - ASB should have:

Job Offer
