Description
- Manage and resolve cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB) in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and support to tenants experiencing ASB, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all ASB cases and prepare reports as required.
- Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support case resolutions.
- Deliver preventative measures and initiatives to reduce the occurrence of ASB.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations within the property sector.
- Assist in fostering a safe and harmonious living environment for all tenants.
Profile
A successful Tenancy Specialist - ASB should have:
- Proven experience in tenancy management or a related field within the property sector.
- Knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation and best practices.

Job Offer
- An hourly rate of -18.00 to -20.00, depending on experience.
