• Maintain accurate sales records and customer information to support clear day-to-day activity.
• Process sales administration tasks promptly, helping orders and enquiries move through the team.
• Prepare sales documents and updates so colleagues have the information they need.
• Respond to routine customer enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate contact.
• Keep files, records and correspondence organised for easy access.
• Work closely with Sales colleagues to coordinate administrative priorities.
• Update internal systems with relevant sales and customer details.

Profile

A successful ''Sales Support'' should have:

• Experience of providing sales administration or customer support.
• Confidence in maintaining accurate records and handling detailed information.
• Ability to manage enquiries, documents and updates in an organised way.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using internal systems and standard office software.
• Ability to prioritise day-to-day tasks in a busy Sales setting.

Job Offer

• Temporary Sales Support contract.
• Hourly pay of -14 to -16, dependent on the level of experience.
• Location: Burgess Hill.
