As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and premium showroom experience.Key responsibilities include:Greeting every customer with a friendly smile and professional welcome.Answering and directing telephone calls.Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and customer areas.Ensuring refreshments and hospitality areas are fully stocked and presented to a high standard.Offering drinks and refreshments to customers throughout their visit.Monitoring customer facilities and replenishing supplies where required.Keeping the enquiry logbook accurate and up to date.Providing general administrative support as needed.We''re looking for someone who:Has previous reception, hospitality, or customer service experience.Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.Is well presented, proactive, and highly organised.Can work independently while maintaining a premium customer experience.Thank you for taking the time to apply ..... full job details .....
