Our client, a prestigious legal firm, is dedicated to fostering a dynamic and engaging environment. They are looking for a vibrant and proactive Temporary Receptionist to join their team for a 3 month period. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greeting and assisting visitors with their inquiries
• Professionally handling incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately
• Efficiently managing appointment bookings and maintaining organised schedules
• Performing general administrative tasks and supporting staff with various needs

You will have:

• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational talents
• Proficiency with office equipment and computer systems
• A friendly, professional demeanor that leaves a lasting positive impression
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus, but not essential
