About the Role

Manpower UK is seeking a Temporary Quality Inspector to support operations in Bicester. This role involves examining coated components against strict visual, dimensional, and finish criteria before they are dispatched to clients in automotive, architectural, and industrial sectors. Working hours are 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include documenting inspection outcomes, maintaining non-conformance records, collaborating with production staff to resolve issues, and confirming products meet specifications. My client is seeking a detail, driven, proactive Quality Inspector to support their operations in Bicester. The role focuses on ensuring products meet strict visual, dimensional and finish standards before dispatch to customers across automotive, architectural and industrial sectors. Hours are 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect coated components for finish quality, colour consistency, defects and surface integrity
  • Complete and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports and non£conformance records
  • Work closely with production teams to identify issues, support root£cause analysis and drive corrective actions
  • Ensure products meet customer specifications, internal standards and industry requirements
  • Support final sign£off before packing and dispatch
  • Maintain a clean, organised inspection area and follow all Handamp;S and ISO procedures

Skills andamp; Experience

  • Previous experience in quality inspection, ideally within coatings, manufacturing, automotive or engineering
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects quickly
  • Good understanding of quality processes, documentation and non£conformance reporting
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with production teams
  • Comfortable in a fast£paced, hands£on manufacturing environment
