Live Chat Engagement Associate

Our client is a global company curating a premium list of short-let rental properties. They began as a city-focused initiative in London, Paris, New York, and Los Angeles but have now expanded to over 500 destinations across 29 countries. Their mission is to connect travellers with unique stays worldwide, offering seamless booking experiences and personalised support.

They are looking for a skilled written communicator to join their team as a Live Chat Guest Engagement Associate. In this role, you''ll be the first point of contact for potential guests, engaging with them via their live chat function. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, qualifying clients, and ensuring all details are accurately logged into their CRM system for the sales team to follow up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential guests via live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Address enquiries, provide clear information, and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Accurately input guest details and conversation notes into CRM systems
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously during peak times
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Maintain attention to detail and uphold high standards of guest communication

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, sales operations, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable navigating modern CRM and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Intercom)
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Interest in travel and hospitality is a bonus
  • Weekend availability is essential - ideally 9 hours per day (minimum 7 hours)
