Salary: -28,000 - -32,000 pro rata

Days/ Hours of work: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (Also open to part time hours)

If so, we have an exciting temporary opportunity for you as a Facilities Coordinator! As a Temporary Facilities Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our facilities department, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You''ll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our business compliant, efficient, and welcoming. Your keen eye for detail and organisational skills will shine as you tackle diverse responsibilities.

Duties

  • Provide essential admin support for the facilities department, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Regularly check facilities within the building, identifying any areas that need attention and improvement.
  • Collaborate on upcoming projects, providing insights and support to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain open communication with all parties involved, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.
  • Manage the raising of POs to support facilities operations efficiently.
  • Assist with day-to-day office management tasks to create a welcoming environment for all.
  • Ensure the business is compliant with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Contribute to health and safety initiatives, helping to create a safe workplace for everyone.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors, ensuring smooth operations and resolution of any issues that arise.

The ideal candidate

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is a plus
  • A proactive and cheerful attitude, with a willingness to take on challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
