Supports the Facilities Manager with the organizational coordination of company policies and procedures related to facilities and maintenance. Ensures all activities comply with Prada Group''s image standards and the full functionality of all locations across the region, including points of sale and office sites. Monitors work quality and ensures standards are met according to Group directives and economic objectives.Responsibilities

Monitor facilities and maintenance tracking tools to ensure projects and tasks are delivered timely and prioritized appropriately.Coordinate with internal and external suppliers at points of sale and office sites.Create and update maintenance cycle reports for these locations.Assist the Facilities Manager in executing strategies, procedures, and methods for maintenance activities.Analyze site conditions through visits and reports to assess the state of conservation and functionality.Support general administration and coordinate all facilities activities.Track budgets and project status reports for maintenance across the region''s store network and office sites.Knowledge and Skills

Proficiency in creating and updating maintenance cycle reports.Ability to analyze site conditions and document findings.Experience managing relationships with stakeholders.Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations.Ability to ensure facilities meet corporate image and operational standards.Understanding of maintenance tracking tools and reporting systems.Effective communication skills.Strong organizational abilities.Proactive problem-solving skills to maintain operational ..... full job details .....
