Customer Support Executive .

Key Responsibilities

First point of contact for clients

Resolving queries and managing any complaints

Responding to a busy inbox and any web-chat queries

Updating an inhouse CRM accurately, maintaining spreadsheets and any general admin

Personal Requirements

Previous call centre/handler experience is essential

Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems

Must have at least 5 years UK residency for security clearance

position, expected to run until May 2026.

Hours:

Monday to Friday on a shift basis 0800-1630, 0830-1700 or 0930-1800.

Salary:

£26,500 plus 5% annual bonus, making the salary £27,825
