Customer Support Executive

Overview
Customer Support Executive – Permanent role in South Manchester. Salary £23,000 to £24,000. Full office based (no hybrid). Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00 with 1 hour lunch, 35 hour week. Free parking.Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to clients at all levels.Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers.Process sales orders on the in-house system accurately and efficiently.Update clients on order progress by telephone and email.Update clients on delivery dates and amendments.Liaise with internal departments on daily orders and delivery schedules.Perform general administrative duties to support the team.Be part of a team of 3, with own geographical area and client base within it.Qualifications / Experience
Experience in customer service order processing in a building or manufacturing environment is preferred.Company and Benefits
