About the Role

This temporary Customer Service Representative role in Glasgow is offered by Love Success PLC on a three-month contract, paying up to £13.50 hourly plus accrued holiday pay. Working 37.5 hours across four days weekly, between 8am and 6pm on a rotational basis, the postholder handles day-to-day processing of visa applications and renewals from an office base. Duties include greeting visitors, supporting applicants, and managing queries professionally. Candidates need proven experience engaging directly with the public, a valid DBS certificate, and immediate availability. Patience, adaptability, and composure under pressure are essential, alongside a willingness to assist wherever needed.

Should you have demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public; have been exposed to a fast paced, collaborative team environment, we would like to hear from you.

We have a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Representative to manage the day-to-day processing of visa applications andamp; renewals. This will include greeting customers, support completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation. You will need to follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system.

It is crucial for this role to engage with applicants and provide a positive service. Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative.

A valid DBS is required as part of the screening process. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided.
