Temporary Customer Service Advisor - Haywards Heath - Must be a driver to get to this locationTemporary- 2 months Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week 8:30am to 4:30pm, Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office 15.63 per hour A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a well-known charities on a temporary basis, starting at the end of October for 2 months.The role is busy and people-focused and requires someone who enjoys speaking to customers and supporters, communicates with care and builds lasting relationships.Key responsibilities:Acting as the first point of contact for supporters by phone, email and letterHandling donations and enquiries promptly, aiming to resolve queries first timeSupporting people sensitively on emotional matters, including legacies and in memory givingMaking outbound calls to develop and retain supporter relationshipsIdentifying opportunities such as Gift Aid and passing on high-value prospectsAbout you:Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role is desirable amend as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident using IT systems and databasesYou must be a driverThe empathy and sensitivity to handle emotional conversationsIf this sounds like an exciting opportunity, and you are a driver available to start at the end of October, please apply today for consideration!
