Temporary Accounts Assistant (AP and AR)
Are you immediately available with experience in both purchase and sales ledger (accounts payable and accounts receivable) and open to a temporary ongoing position in Brentwood?If you are, this is a lovely company with luxury offices, hybrid working after initial training and the hours are 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. It is immediate start and initially 3 months, but could be longer. You will be working as part of a supportive team, but you will need to have relevant experience.The duties includeProcessing international purchase invoicesChecking goods received, entering them onto the database and raising any queriesReconciling the supplier statementAssisting with the payment run preparationRaising sales invoicesSending out copy invoices and statementsAllocating cash inReconciling the bank to incoming paymentsYou will needTo have solid experience in AP and AR and ideally multi currencyGood systems experience and intermediate ExcelLive fairly local as it is office based 3 days per weekBe able to commit for 3 months (if you have a summer holiday that''s fine)BenefitsOnsite parkingHoliday payNice working officesWeekly ..... full job details .....
