To support our growth, we are looking for a Contractor Payroll and Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with contractor payroll, invoicing, bookkeeping and general finance administration. We anticipate the role to be at a junior accounts assistant level with opportunity to develop through internal training. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with contractor payroll processing and timesheet administrationPrepare contractor and client invoicesMaintain payroll and finance recordsProcess purchase invoices using XeroAssist with sales and purchase ledger activitiesPerform bank reconciliationsSupport bookkeeping and month-end administrationRespond to payroll and invoicing queries from contractors and clientsProvide general administrative support to the finance teamSkills and Experience EssentialExperience using Xero accounting softwarePrevious experience in payroll, ..... full job details .....
