Job Title: Temp - Perm Receptionist Location: Guildford - free parking available onsite Remuneration: 15.05 per hour Contract Details: Part Time - 2 to 3 days per week, could increase to 4 days over time Required start date: Tuesday 6th January 2026Required interview dates: Teams and face-to- face interviews next week - 29th and 30th Dec Responsibilities:Be the warm and welcoming face of our organisation, greeting all tenants and visitors.Ensure all visitors and contractors sign in and out, managing visitor passes seamlessly.Stay alert to any situations that might affect the building''s tenants and visitors.Communicate effectively to maximise tenant satisfaction and minimise disruptions.Organise couriers and taxis for visitors and tenants as needed.Always maintain an unattended reception desk to ensure constant support.Assist with managing the building''s tenant employee database.Handle incoming and outgoing post with precision.Perform ad hoc administrative duties, such as filing and photocopying.Support the organisation and execution of events.Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Essential:A warm and welcoming disposition.IT literate and comfortable with various software applications.Strong communication skills to engage effectively with tenants and contractors.Excellent observational skills to identify and address potential issues.Well-organised with a knack for multitasking.Desirable:Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.Why Join Us?
