To further their expansion, our client, a leading membership organisation within the construction industry seek a Telesales Executive for their team in London.Whats on offerThey are offering the following:A basic salary of upto 35kAn uncapped commission but realistically 45kHybrid working 2 days in office, 3 days from homeAnnual leave 25 days + Christmas week offHealthcare benefitsEmployee assistance programmePension scheme (9% contribution)Life insuranceThe roleAs a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for the entire sales process from identifying potential clients through to closing the deal down. Key responsibilities will include:Increasing the membership base through marketing and sales activityFocus on outbound activityExceed weekly and monthly KPI''sAttend exhibitions and promote the services of the companyMaintain a knowledge of the services and competitorsKeep CRM up-to-date The Person We need someone driven, motivated and a natural outbound telesales person for this role.
