Techno-Functional Consultant - Salesforce (London)Responsibilities

Designing scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative features such as Flows, validation rules, and page layouts.Conducting process mapping and gap analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.Collaborating with solution architects to align functional designs with technical architecture.Taking end-to-end functional ownership of Salesforce projects from scoping to post-deployment support.Mentoring junior consultants, administrators, and developers.Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.Creating and maintaining functional documentation, user stories, and process flows.Overseeing functional testing and supporting UAT with test plans and data.Qualifications

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Platform DevelopmentExperience: 8-10 YearsHolding Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant is desirable.Salesforce configuration including object models, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security models.Leading full-lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects.Agile delivery methodologies.Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Analytical thinking and problem-solving.Desirable Skills: Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds; Health and Experience Cloud (preferred); working with offshore and geographically distributed teams; consulting experience with a major Salesforce partner.Company and Equal Opportunity
