Technical Warehouse Team LeaderType: PermanentSalary: Circa £37,000 per annum, depending on experienceLocation: West LondonWorking pattern: On-site warehouse roleOur client is looking for an experienced Technical Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy specialist equipment operation in West London.This is a practical senior warehouse role combining day-to-day operational responsibility with team support and coordination. You will remain closely involved in the physical operation while helping organise activity, maintain standards and make sure work is completed efficiently.The roleYou will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, helping coordinate equipment movement, order preparation and the processing of returned items.Typical responsibilities will include: Helping organise daily warehouse activity and allocating work across the teamSupporting the preparation, checking and movement of specialist equipmentMaking sure outgoing orders are accurate and ready when requiredOverseeing the correct receipt and processing of returned itemsMaintaining good stock accuracy and warehouse organisationSupporting quality standards across equipment moving through the operationProviding practical guidance to other warehouse team membersHelping less experienced colleagues develop their knowledge and confidenceSupporting safe loading, unloading and general equipment handlingAssisting with the smooth flow of work during busy periods This is not a purely supervisory position.
