Warehouse Team LeaderOA are recruiting for a day shift Warehouse Team Leader to join our client s established warehouse operation in Watford. This is a permanent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with previous team leadership or supervisory experience, who can lead and motivate a team while ensuring the day-to-day operation runs safely, accurately and efficiently.As Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the warehouse team, allocating workloads, monitoring performance and ensuring operational targets and service levels are achieved.Location: WatfordHours: Monday-Friday. 40 hours per week. 6am-3pm.Salary: £35,000 per annumWarehouse Team Leader Benefits Established working environmentOpportunity to develop and progress within the businessTraining and development opportunitiesWork within a structured, KPI-driven warehouse operation Warehouse Team Leader Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and support a team of 10 warehouse employees to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance standards.Spend approximately 60% of the role on the warehouse floor and 40% on warehouse administration.Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including putting away goods, moving stock between warehouses, picking, packing, replenishment and dispatch.Allocate workloads effectively, prioritising time-critical orders and ensuring operational deadlines are met.Monitor productivity, quality, attendance and key performance indicators (KPIs) ..... full job details .....
