This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), senior VDA, or automotive professional with a passion for developing people, improving technical standards, and supporting the next generation of industry talent. The successful candidate will help shape and deliver VDA training programmes, support VDA best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation''s VDA function.
