Technical Trainer

We''re supporting a leading defence engineering business in their search for a Technical Trainer to join their Aftermarket Services team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a field service, electronics, or electro-mechanical background who enjoys sharing knowledge and working directly with customers. You''ll play a key role in developing and delivering technical training programmes for advanced defence systems, both in the UK and internationally. Core Duties: Designing, developing, and delivering technical training courses for specialist equipment and systems Producing training materials, manuals, presentations, and supporting documentation Delivering both classroom-based and practical hands-on training Conducting trainee assessments and evaluating competency levels Acting as a technical support subject matter expert for customer queries Working closely with project teams to ensure training aligns with customer requirements Producing training reports and feedback documentation Building strong customer relationships and providing a high level of technical support Supporting the continuous improvement of training programmes and materials Maintaining technical competence through ongoing collaboration with Field Service Engineers About You: HNC, HND, ONC, or Degree qualified in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline Proven field service, maintenance, or technical support experience Strong understanding of electronic, ..... full job details .....
